If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund Policy outlines the steps and conditions for returning a product and receiving a refund.

Conditions for Refund

The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging with any seals and tags intact.

Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for a refund, including:

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

Some health and personal care items

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, but we may offer a credit or exchange, subject to our discretion.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

What to include in the Refund Policy

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@austinmitchellcollection.com with your order details and reason for the return.

  2. Upon confirmation from our team, send your item to the provided return address.

  3. Your return will be inspected upon arrival. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@austinmitchellcollection.com.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@austinmitchellcollection.com for exchange instructions.

Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Considerations We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and the item must be received to complete the refund process.
